The Ukrainian Women’s Association Victoria is pleased to announce a charity raffle aimed at raising funds for the United Fundraising Campaign supporting Ukrainian children and women affected by the war.
The grand prize of the raffle is a Ukrainian national flag personally signed by Ukrainian professional tennis player Oleksandra Oliynykova. The flag was signed during the Melbourne Open Cup tennis tournament.
Oleksandra Oliynykova has demonstrated remarkable courage and integrity through her public stance. Following one of her matches, she appeared at an Australian Open press conference wearing a T-shirt bearing the message:
“I need your help to protect Ukrainian children and women, but I am not allowed to speak about it here.”
Through this action, Oleksandra drew international attention to the war in Ukraine and the humanitarian situation faced by women and children, despite restrictions on political statements at major sporting events. Her mission is to support the United Fundraising Campaign and to raise global awareness in every possible way.
All funds raised through this charity raffle will be donated directly to the United Fundraising Campaign.
A donation of AUD $20 equals one raffle ticket
There is no limit on the number of tickets per participant

The raffle draw will take place live on 24 February 2026, using a random number selection system.
Raffle tickets may be purchased until 22 February 2026 inclusive.
