On August 3, 2025, Melbourne will host the first-ever Ukrainian-Australian Book Festival, initiated by the Ukrainian community of Victoria. This cultural event aims to support Ukrainian authors and publishers, promote Ukrainian literature in Australia, and foster intercultural connections.

The program will feature author talks, panel discussions, book presentations, a children’s zone, art exhibitions, and more. Participants will include writers from Australia, Ukraine, Canada, Poland, and the United States.

This festival is a celebration of Ukrainian literature and a platform for creative collaboration and cultural exchange.
